This is a joke. They promote from within, only if your property is big enough. If your at a smaller property (Forget your experience), you might as well look for another job.

As long as people keep paying their over inflated prices, they'll be fine.

If your management, it's great. Your the guy who gets the work done? Your a dime a dozen, and HR lets you know it.

Listen to the guys actually doing the work, setting up events, building the shows..... No sitting at a desk while everyone works, so you can catch up your facebook.

Depends on WHO is in the big boys chair. I've been on a very good crew. Then a new Director comes in, and within a week, the entire crew is looking for another job.

Med, dental, eyes........... But be expected to pay MORE than the average person. They pay the minimum coverage, which means, you pay more. More per visit, more per scripts, more for your glasses....... you get my point.
