This is not just a written statement on a piece of paper, it is who we are. So that we may follow-up with actionable items, we formed a Diversity and Inclusion Council. The Council provides recommendations to the Executive Team, with the intent of encouraging meaningful discussions and actions for positive change within the organization. Our goal is to foster deeper connections with every life we touch.
