I was a 3rd shift distribution lead for 3 year everyone that are working 3rd shift hour 11pm-8am they just want to get there work done and go home didnt reallf have to train anyone

Thank you for your feedback. We frequently evaluate positions to enhance benefit & compensation packages. There are also many internal transfer opportunities at varying pay grades for employees who wish to switch departments .

They would need to include me first. The Director does not have regular meetings with me regarding my job duties & responsibilities. I don't interact with the others in the department because their job duties are completely different than mine.
