I only met with my VP level hiring manager, and then with a followup meeting with her boss. The process didn't take very long once they contacted me (about 2 weeks of interview process).

Terrible. It seemed very unstructured. I interviewed with my direct supervisor once, then was brought back to interview with her supervisor. Didn't get to meet any members of the team during the process.
