Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be very helpful.
I feel undervauled because there are often times where I am asked to manage other positions that make more money than me. There have been several shifts where I have paid for gas & parking that amounts to more than I made during the actual shift.
need more money to feed the fam
They don't pay well because they are a winning basketball team and that's their mindset (you're lucky to be hired). Work hard without the compensation of a San Francisco living wages for your position. If you work there you need a second source of income to survive in the Bay Area. It's abuse.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very friendly and great to work with.
I love everybody in my team
Very diverse. Different backgrounds but most importantly we have become a family over and throb the prices of this business/start up venture

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Doing the work that constantly needs to be done (Bay building and Security), communicating deliveries with facilities, employee wellbeing and cohesiveness.
Respect all around is required and hold thy tongue

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with clients of all backgrounds and uniting them around our central goal/team, and building long term organic and sustainable relationships. Creating more ADA parking spots, five-star customer service, and creating a safe space for EVERYONE, and not just working for $$$
