It was great at first in 2016 but over the years it has gone down hill. In the past year we've been expected to work hard with no reward to do so, not even a good job. Terrible morale and now they pay Temps 20 an hour with nothing for us full timers.

Taking care of employees. Making sure we are happy and not getting burned out. Stop production and solve the problem instead of putting a band aid on it and making employees wreck their bodies to get units out the door.

In my department the product is terrible. We have rework every day and they add new tests for the quality which hurts our hands and arms. We constantly train new people and are expected to pick up the slack when they are slow even after they have been there for a month or longer.
