Communication is not good here
Taking care of employees. Making sure we are happy and not getting burned out. Stop production and solve the problem instead of putting a band aid on it and making employees wreck their bodies to get units out the door.

The people are working together as a Team
Nothing is positive at this time. We are all burned out and want to be appreciated.
Working with others who truly enjoy what they do, everyone puts in full effort.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting multiple groups of people, and two rounds. Provides more insight to how you will like the company, as well as how much they care who gets to fill the role.

What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving after my shift is over
That the customers are happy with our products
Completing tasks, getting know those who work on all teams.
The positive mentality & nice job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In my department the product is terrible. We have rework every day and they add new tests for the quality which hurts our hands and arms. We constantly train new people and are expected to pick up the slack when they are slow even after they have been there for a month or longer.
Need a better base to provide fur my family in an area with rising costs I was number two in North America in sales growth.
