Company provides time freedom, but pay is not adequate for the work provided. Internal software/program/servers regularly fail. When working on a production basis, when systems are down, through no fault of our own, it stinks to not be able to work/get paid. Field Agent's a great place to work with even better people. Sometimes I worry that priorities change quickly from the top and those things arent communicated well. I also worry that as other companies have expanded benefits and WFH, our compensation is not high enough to attract and retain talent.
