I really enjoyed working here, as much as I like to make sales, I think it is important to help the client build a relationsio with Hickory Farms, and one way is through customer service, so I enjoy being able to communicate and express the gratitude we have for the clients for choosing our store.

After the manager was hired, after i personally set the store up and spoke to corporate Keri felt it was her rihht to treat me as incompetent and gaslight me on more than one occassion. Even when the health dept arrived I spoke to them until she showed up and then i was made to feel I incompetent.

The no phone/earbud policy, there are some people who need them to focus. even to have one can help focus on the task. i got in trouble having having my phone out when i was trying to connect my earbuds to phone and i know it should been before hand and i wasn't given a chance to explain.
