Company is struggling and has gone through several rounds of layoffs
After the manager was hired, after i personally set the store up and spoke to corporate Keri felt it was her rihht to treat me as incompetent and gaslight me on more than one occassion. Even when the health dept arrived I spoke to them until she showed up and then i was made to feel I incompetent.

Their pop up Holiday stores have issues this year; they double charged my credit card and won't refund my money. Having to go back through my bank to fight this. Not cool. No longer going to shop at this company. They need to do the right thing.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Hickory Farms?
Organize Management and Staff WELL before the season started. Make sure that all employees are being paid correctly. Respect my staff and listen to what they have to say. When staff is happy the rest falls into place.

What do people at Hickory Farms think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Not sure. We were told as of the 2017 season there was a new CEO with great fresh ideas for the company.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Hickory Farms?
That they are very unorganized beginning the season.

Very Money Motivated.

Once again , depends on the district. Mine is not very diverse at all , but others have a lot to offer.

Vibe is fine , hours vary on the time of season it is.
