The environment that the people create. You can't really reciprocate that anywhere else. It's a very unique and amazing experience.

In the past, HYFN used to cover full medical, vision and dental. Recently, HYFN was acquired by Media General. Since then, employees have had to cover their own medical, vision and dental. Standard procedure when a company turns more corporate.
