The leadership team cares about the employees. One year when the economy was horrible the corporate principals all took a 10% pay cut and took no bonus to avoid any layoffs.

They are clear and precise on what the company goals are and what is needed to achieve them. Management team is both personal and professional to meet the needs of their team members. The company has also been proactive and flexible to provide the best opportunities and benefits for employees.
