In workplace I interact with employees visiting headquarters from all around the world. Everyone is kind and considerate. I worked at many tech companies such as google, uber, visa, pinterest and the culture is much more pleasant here. previously I never knew that I could be this happy here.

I like that they are approachable and interact with people of all levels within the company. The will check in with you in passing and I am not intimidated to approach them; being that I work in a facilities related role.

Unlimited PTO when salaried. They are flexible with employees, family comes first. Medical benefits do not increase with multiple children. Its the same price for 1 child as it would be for 2. I love my FSA and Dependent Care Benifits.

The culture really feels more intimate platonically speaking than it would at a larger company. The interactions with colleagues feels genuine and people from all levels within the company interact with people beneath their ranking. We have top of the line work equipment, good snacks, great catering
