In workplace I interact with employees visiting headquarters from all around the world. Everyone is kind and considerate. I worked at many tech companies such as google, uber, visa, pinterest and the culture is much more pleasant here. previously I never knew that I could be this happy here.

great team with great customer centricity

It has undergone a lot of transformation in the last couple of years. Still has some legacy pains to address but it is a very different company now and is on a much better trajectory

I like that they are approachable and interact with people of all levels within the company. The will check in with you in passing and I am not intimidated to approach them; being that I work in a facilities related role.

The culture really feels more intimate platonically speaking than it would at a larger company. The interactions with colleagues feels genuine and people from all levels within the company interact with people beneath their ranking.
