What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The culture really feels more intimate platonically speaking than it would at a larger company. The interactions with colleagues feels genuine and people from all levels within the company interact with people beneath their ranking. We have top of the line work equipment, good snacks, great catering
What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited PTO when salaried. They are flexible with employees, family comes first. Medical benefits do not increase with multiple children. Its the same price for 1 child as it would be for 2. I love my FSA and Dependent Care Benifits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that they are approachable and interact with people of all levels within the company. The will check in with you in passing and I am not intimidated to approach them; being that I work in a facilities related role.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Building a caring culture that creates employee and customer loyalty.
