Very positive working environment with leadership team that gives great support and added help on deals I am working. We have a long way to go in terms of increasing the efficiency around certain aspects on the sales team, but being a part of the team that is building this out is fulfilling.

Personally, I haven't had a chance to talk to 1:1 with all the leadership team. But those I have seem to be very open and honest with what is going on. I think that is Key in such a small company

The transparency with which they communicate any decisions and the frequency with which they consult across all levels of the business for core decisions. It helps that the current targets are very clear too.

More money is the easy answer. When cuts were made, that put more work on us who weren't cut. I understand that with the cuts it makes it harder to increase salaries, but I would have been open to more stock options?
