In 2023, the Diversity Council has grown from a passionate group of employees to a team of over 60 people led by influential leaders addressing areas of growth such as: Hiring & Retention, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Leadership Commitment, Company Alignment in Goals, Mission, and Values.
