¿Qué es lo más positivo de la cultura y el medio ambiente en su empresa?

I think management does a great job keeping things positive. However, over the past year and a half I have noticed that management is not as positive at meetings and seems more worn out due to strains on resources. Most people are doing two jobs due to hiring freezes and cutbacks.
