What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I think management does a great job keeping things positive. However, over the past year and a half I have noticed that management is not as positive at meetings and seems more worn out due to strains on resources. Most people are doing two jobs due to hiring freezes and cutbacks.
What are some of the best things about your team?Very great team. Everyone contributes and the colaboration and willingness to share knowledge amongst my team members is top notch.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The managers are very well trained compared to the company I came from. Everyone in a leadership position is very aprochable and open to feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?with the acquisitions are NPS scores are going down drastically
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Higher base salary and stock options and equity
What does the leadership team need to get better at?VP of Sales does not listen and has no soft skills
