Since day 1 new hires are told that everyone even the CEO and CTO contribute to the company that will help thousands of nursing professionals. I have not joined a company in which employees who inspire to dedicated to their jobs from top to bottom.

I love IntelyCare overall. I truly do think a pay increase for all corporate employees is necessary due to inflation. Money is not always a determining factor in where to work, but with todays climate, it is a big one. Please seriously take this into consideration. Thank you.
