Mr. Richard A. Foss serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Jacksonville Bancorp Inc. Previously, Mr. Foss served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jacksonville Bancorp Inc. since 2001. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Jacksonville Savings Bank. He served as the President of Financial Resources Group Inc. -SUB of Jacksonville Bancorp Inc. From 1994 to 2001, he served as Jacksonville Bancorp Inc.'s President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1992 until his appointment as President, Mr. Foss served as Jacksonville Bancorp Inc.'s Executive Vice President. Mr. Foss has been employed with Jacksonville Bancorp Inc. since 1986 when he was named Vice President.
