All of the additional benefits is what puts Lectric above other companies and shows they really care about their employees. Megafit Meals, 2 free lunches/week, great healthcare, daycare allotment, etc...

I had to spend $600 on a spider bite to make sure it wasn't a brown recluse before coming to Lectric. Having healthcare for my partner and I is huge. Also, the meal services help me so much. I am so grateful.

I have greatly benefitted from the quality of health insurance at the low premium value. I think the best part of compensation is still compensation itself -- the fact that we got a year-end bonus is great as well.

we need to be doing comp analysis' for each individual person and look at their skills. we have a lot of underpaid, skilled people here and a lot of overpaid underqualified people.
