My leadership team has an open door policy. I feel like I can go to them whenever they are available and they will lend me an ear! They care about feedback and know pretty much everyone who works here

I love how communicative they are about everything going on in the company and they are very set on making work an enjoyable place for employees. It doesn't feel like a checkbox to "build workplace community" but it's actually genuine care for employees.

They are very encouraging and empower me to do my job. They also provide as much support as possible. They don't make me feel like I'm struggling to do my job.

Everyone is so friendly and any time you walk into a room, whoever else is in there will greet you with a smile. feels like family but like really... not the toxic kind of workplace "family"

Super energetic and extremely customer focused. The team is very good at helping the customers find what they want and I love hearing about interactions they've had with customers. They are also super fun to talk to in our downtime and I just love coming to work because of them.

The most positive thing about the culture is the coworkers that are here. They are always ready to be here and work and it's a fun environment to be a part of.

The positivity. No one really feels left out and if it's slow or there's any free time, we try to keep ourselves productive like serving our community

It was relatively informal and practical. The process was not intimidating in the slightest. All they wanted was to know if I was capable of the work and what kind of person I was.
