Lectric is an interesting place to be. I love it and it also makes me crazy. Day to day, I truly can't complain. As far as a career goes, I don't have much room to grow and dont feel valued

We are all tight knit and no one judges. we support each other in our work and in our personal lives.

Getting to do a fulfilling job that helps the people who work here while also contributing to a better lifestyle for the world!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we need to be doing comp analysis' for each individual person and look at their skills. we have a lot of underpaid, skilled people here and a lot of overpaid underqualified people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so friendly and any time you walk into a room, whoever else is in there will greet you with a smile. feels like family but like really... not the toxic kind of workplace "family"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team has an open door policy. I feel like I can go to them whenever they are available and they will lend me an ear! They care about feedback and know pretty much everyone who works here
