I've had to learn a lot of new information and people skills since I started working here, and I have been really appreciative to learn all of that. I have been in a big season of learning and that's been my experience week after week. There's always new things to learn

I don't think I receive a compensation package
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are the best part of work. I am also excited on Fridays for the pizza. I don't get pizza much but wow I love it here on Fridays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is the coworkers that are here. They are always ready to be here and work and it's a fun environment to be a part of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how communicative they are about everything going on in the company and they are very set on making work an enjoyable place for employees. It doesn't feel like a checkbox to "build workplace community" but it's actually genuine care for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super energetic and extremely customer focused. The team is very good at helping the customers find what they want and I love hearing about interactions they've had with customers. They are also super fun to talk to in our downtime and I just love coming to work because of them.
