I was working for Lee Company before I became disabled due to a car accident. Lee Company was there to help my family financially with rent and other expenses while I was in my coma. Working for Lee Company has been my only work experience outside of high-school but I am very happy with this company

The base pay I has was good for the time considering I was a plumbers helper. By the time I became disabled I was doing work rated for a full plumber but was still compensated appropriately. I got only one raise but it was more than enough at 1.50 per hour raise.

All parts of working for Lee Company where positive. However, if I had to specify a single positive attribute of my work experience it would be the support I had. I didn't come into working for Lee Company with no knowledge of plumbing but it was limited. The support while learning was imperative.
