More politics than work, everyone wants to proof themselves ( which can be a good thing ) but it also means there the managers would claim credit for things they didn't do. The managers expect you to have OWNERSHIP of the work and task (which is fair) BUT they would take the credit for it.

Terrible culture even from the HR team. The thing they preach and what they do are totally different ends of the rod. To do well and survive long, one needs to be quick witt and have good connections so that you will not be bullied.
