Why work for Make.TV?
Because it's an innovative firm that works from distributed locations (US, DE, UK...) and yet is able to maintain "culture and spirit", which I haven't seen work out that well too often.
What benefits does Make.TV provide?
Health Care, PTO, Sick Leave free coaching for personal or work-related matters further benefits depending on location (Germany obviously differs from the US offices)
What unique perks and benefits does make.tv provide?
As Make.TV works rather distributed (currently, we have employees in Seattle, Cologne/Germany, Los Angeles and London), our organization reflects that and enables us to work with colleagues regardless of their location. Work in Seattle, close to the best ski resorts? Sure. Enjoy German beer, carnival and the autobahn in Cologne, Germany? Great to have you here!
