Margaritaville – Check in was for 4:00 pm Room wasn't available until 5:10. Front desk employee was not accommodating at all. My husband talk to a supervisor who was extremely rude. He than spoke to the security manager who was very helpful and explained what he could do to report this issue to the uppermanagment.
