What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staff that really care about the work
Treating staff with respect and dignity
Treating their employees with respect and listening to their feelings. Stop thinking your employees are just there to do your bidding because they’re getting paid or people not robots do you want us to do more work than pass for the work you ask
Better vetting of franchise operators of their brand.
Stop bullying women when you know they have abuse issues iin thier past

When Management get people skills
Only a whole new management team would make me feel better.
Again those last 2 I'm not even aware of. Servers rely on tips for the shift. Busses too.sections are given by whoever , and the sections are what matters.
There is no amount of money that would compensate for the treatment most workers recieve
Be treated fairly and have my correct monetary funds in my account

Coworkers are miserable and unpleasant
They need more training and knowledge of there work

Stop bullying people, especially managers bullying employees
Its not the coworkers. Its the management. Theyre basically worthless with conflict resolution. I feel so bullied all the tkme

Great bunch of people to work with

Everyone is willing to help everyone and it is motivational

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Servers are not professional, so they don't wipe and clean their sections when they first locate their section. They don't place condiments on their tables. They don't greet their parties with silverware, 10 percent of servers press, and 80 % of the time plates are never removed, condiments are low
Less cruelty, no hypocricy, better managment team
The Nashville location needs to get rid of staff that steal an lie and don't wear their pants all the way pulled up to were it doesn't show their underwear that's gross. Not all staff are friendly some are rud. Then you have people like me who go in early and work their butt off but yet gets blamed

The chef had a lit of knowledge
It was quick and fast, got the job on the spot
It went very quick, only asked the basic questions

Find managers that dont bully female employees.
Few workers are contributing to the problem of not being attentive to guests.
