Improve SERVICE! I received a packet for a CMA account I explained that I suffered from memory loss and so I wasn't sure if I opened this account, could it be my company. The preferred deposit advertises 5.02% but I am actually receiving 4.8%. I have called various times to rectify to no avail. If this does not change, I will switch to Goldman. They actually pay the interest offered. Truly unfortunate as I have been a loyal customer. Revisión Publicado hace 2 años
