Apart from the salary, there are other benefits plus tax savings components which does make a difference to the overall compensation package

MF take superannuation out of base salary. Enforced 8 days leave over Xmas/New Year.

MF is very cost conscious, had a spending freeze with limited increases that don't match with increases in development in the same time.

Its about current COVID-19, MF can take much initiated measures to set up their employees workstation as it is much required for all the professionals to have a set of workstation to carry on their activities.

They’re constantly cutting our pay. They do shady accounting where they “carve” a portion of your deal and call it support or maintenance so they don’t have to pay sales reps. Even tho that wasn’t what was presented to

The position pays less than comparable positions at other companies, especially as an employee with a number of years with the company. Increases to at least match cost-of-living increases would be good.
