What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to suggestions and modernization.
All leaders in MF are well educated and responsive

Clear, cut, and concise. Genuine interest in helping the team grow as a whole and together. Willing to spend time to help you grow and improve as well as motivating you to get the job done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A fair bit to do
Care about customers, partners, and employees
Cut the executives bloated salaries and pay the sales reps.
Always starts with thank you for all your hard work and efforts, but by the way NOTHING for you. You wonder why so many are leaving, the talent that is walking out that door will never come through that door into this company. The gig is up and the word on the street is stay away from Microfocus

Caring about employees and not the shareholders
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure we have one
Fixed salary and joining bonus
Base pay is very high to keep employees in this horrible company
Their charge card plan helping me be able to get my child into the best daycare.
We have a fair amount of vacation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a qualified charted account. but didn't expect to be doing operational work.
MF take superannuation out of base salary. Enforced 8 days leave over Xmas/New Year.
MF is very cost conscious, had a spending freeze with limited increases that don't match with increases in development in the same time.

Highly motivated and passionate as well

We work from home and there's a sens eof trust and reliability that everyone is doing what needs to be done. It's easy to take things easy when working from home and to take advantage of the system however, it's nice to see everyone's mindset and goals are aligned to make sure we are exceeding goals

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
modernize the products and improve maintenance
not to mislead the new hire and talents
Clean & Lean middle management layers.
Stop the constant internal phone calls to update management on sales forecast everyday and let us sell

What did you like most about the interview process?
Manager and the way the role was explained
Different teams employ different interview styles, but generally it is low pressure and focused on finding the best cultural fit
I found I was able to be myself. The questions and attitude of those interviewing were that of someone genuinely interested and there to make the most of that time.

Work, team and manager and salary
The team is fantastic and supportive.
Company culture is awesome and great
We are constantly learning new technologies and experimenting with ways to work more efficiently
When i'm able to work with my team to help the client get exactly what they are looking for. Also, when we are able to find a solution to help our clients thrive in their business.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Underinvestment in R&D, milking our customers
Senior management in PSDC who fill the room with hearing their voice and believe they have a clue what they are doing, please go write another book which nobody will read.

Personal stress due to finances and family health issues, in conjunction with burnout from working so hard for so long under five different upper management entities. Better compensation would be appreciated, but would not necessarily fix the issues.
I just wish there was a greater atmosphere of working hard and using all eight hours to work hard. There is too much free time.
