National General Insurance – Better customer service. The claims process is slow, the adjuter we dealt with is rude and unprofessional. Our claim is closed and we are fighting for rental reimbursment, what a nightmare to have to fight for whats legally and rightfully ours to claim. We pay for insurance for this reason.
