It could be better they have mutuple tasks for one agent that most companies hire more people to do you will do all those tasks

Very helpful people. They have a can do attitude and will help as much as they can to get you what you need. Everyone is always ready to jump in and help.
If I have to name something it would be that they continue to allow work from home
New executive management in certain areas.
Hire additional people to assist with workload.
Complete overhaul of most of the leaders and the structure there
