Respectful leaders that builds unity to be winners

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They give you way too much work for one person and then condemn you when you can't get it done
Find a new job before all is gone
instructions an speaking to people with respect not sarcastically
Everything, stop lying and over working us
Fair to employees across the board. If you go against them then you will not succeed and will not be promoted and will be on the blacklist
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good. Raises have been good
Insurance is most for us
the health insurance benefits do not cover a lot
Insurance and 401k vision and life benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has no interest in tapping the experience and knowledge of older workers, myself included.
It could be better they have mutuple tasks for one agent that most companies hire more people to do you will do all those tasks
Higher pay and better retention
Better commision better leaders people who dont lie to your face
Yearly bonus and lower insurance premiums
What are some of the best things about your team?
nice kind helpful loyal not petty
We are like a small family.
Everyone pulls together and will step up and ask if they can help.
They stick with it regardless of the environment

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very helpful people. They have a can do attitude and will help as much as they can to get you what you need. Everyone is always ready to jump in and help.
If I have to name something it would be that they continue to allow work from home
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New executive management in certain areas.
Hire additional people to assist with workload.
Complete overhaul of most of the leaders and the structure there
management needs an overhaul and start fresh
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired for the job.
The HR rep was friendly throughout.
all virtual no in person
it was simple and straight forward
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Does not matter the turnover rate is so high all they do is interviews
What makes you most happy at work?
A meeting free day, interacting with my team and educating them v doing their work.
I can do my best and compensated for it. Team is very supportive.
Being appreciated by policyholders as my job is to keep them informed.
