I'm not a current employee however, my 9 years were absolutely exceptional. After fighting our COVID recovery it was hard and onset other medical concerns which caused me not to do as well at work. However, it was my pleasure to work there and do my absolute best with amazing staff and team members

The management in the Ontario office is horrible. There is too much favoritism. The turnover rate is bad and employees are overworked.

What can this brand most improve?

Communication, expediting claims. Hiring competent agents. I seriously want the email address of the CEO.
