People are flexible about hours because they work remotely. People also seem generally happier than my past coworkers.

¿Qué hay que cambiar para mejorar la cultura de la empresa?
Sometimes the culture feels like a popular kids table vs. the other kids (at least on the team that I am on). I feel that needs to be worked on. Additionally, time management needs to be better. Moving meetings at the last possible minute isn't fair to others on the meeting.
