I feel as if the company match is tough. I have to give up 8% of my salary to save 10% into my 401k. I also feel my salary is a bit low.

As an employee who was always praised for excelling in the engineering department and consistently gets at least above/exceeds expectations in previous performance reviews, I do not feel like the compensations were fair. At times I feel resentment for performing so hard for 2-3% annual raises.

Sometimes the culture feels like a popular kids table vs. the other kids (at least on the team that I am on). I feel that needs to be worked on. Additionally, time management needs to be better. Moving meetings at the last possible minute isn't fair to others on the meeting.
