I think the best part of the compensation package is the compensation itself. I was very excited when I found out Nativo offers 401k matching but disappointed that it does not kick in right away

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as if the company match is tough. I have to give up 8% of my salary to save 10% into my 401k. I also feel my salary is a bit low.

Not great transparency about raise structure. Seems to be some inconsistency cross teams with experience requirements and base pay.

They hired two heads of content that were not needed (without a heads up that this was an open role); then fired those content heads and promoted me to director without any additional compensation

Company doesn't seem to have a process or standard for regularly updating or adjusting compensation.

As an employee who was always praised for excelling in the engineering department and consistently gets at least above/exceeds expectations in previous performance reviews, I do not feel like the compensations were fair. At times I feel resentment for performing so hard for 2-3% annual raises.

Sometimes the culture feels like a popular kids table vs. the other kids (at least on the team that I am on). I feel that needs to be worked on. Additionally, time management needs to be better. Moving meetings at the last possible minute isn't fair to others on the meeting.
