The team, it feels great to have everyone pulling in the same direction.

Everyone is nice and supportive. People I want to be friends with and not just be coworkers with.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we get a win. I'm learning to love the process but it's always fun to get a team win.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are transparent and inclusive. They ask what's needed to go to the next level and actually listen to the input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if the company match is tough. I have to give up 8% of my salary to save 10% into my 401k. I also feel my salary is a bit low.
