I've worked for a few companies across a couple industries but I have never felt such a overwhelming sense that this is where I belong in my entire career. I am very happy here and plan to be here for a long time to come.

The base pay for my position specifically is incredibly fair. I have no complaints about my base pay.

We work so well together. I couldn't have created a better team in a lab to be working with

The leadership team is great at communicating with each other and work so well with each other. They are also not intimidating and easily accessible.

The culture is so strong and safe here at Nativo. There is a great sense of transparency and everyone is so supportive of each other.
