Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company doesn't seem to have a process or standard for regularly updating or adjusting compensation.

As an employee who was always praised for excelling in the engineering department and consistently gets at least above/exceeds expectations in previous performance reviews, I do not feel like the compensations were fair. At times I feel resentment for performing so hard for 2-3% annual raises.

I like that we sometimes have random events such as the Nativo Talent Show. They are fun and lets us get to know our coworkers better!
