While I am happy to be apart of Nativo, I often feel challenged and outcasted by my team. I am hoping through me communicating this, things will get better over time and I can continue to call Nativo home.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on the projects assigned to me, which showcase my though process and skill set.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel that my coworkers communication skills are lacking tremendously. I see them pick and choose who they respond to and my contributions are often ignored.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part of the compensation package is the compensation itself. I was very excited when I found out Nativo offers 401k matching but disappointed that it does not kick in right away
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sometimes the culture feels like a popular kids table vs. the other kids (at least on the team that I am on). I feel that needs to be worked on. Additionally, time management needs to be better. Moving meetings at the last possible minute isn't fair to others on the meeting.
