How employees describe working at Noom
If they are aiming for concierge service they need to connect dr recommendations with time of delivery of medication. If someone is adapting slowly to the drug they may not need the new vial in 4 weeks. Trying to chat with customer service/care coordinators is futile. The company is faceless
