openess to feedback and change
nothing, they are morons, they have screwed up so much I don;t see this company lasting much longer
They need to be more in tune with the coach's experiences directly with customers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
My direct supervisor is an AMAZING person who is really supportive, helpful, and constructive. The people a few levels above my supervisor are - at best - unhelpful, shady, never give straight answers, and they always say, "I'm not the person in charge" no matter who you ask.
Review from Customer Support Dept
very open and transparent culture
Transparency around pay, create growth opportunities.
Transparency and actual support. Direct managers are often kept out of the loop for bigger issues so there's no one to really go to. They also don't support you or back you up
Excellent healthcare (fully paid), PTO, generous pay
Honestly, it is the most I have been offered for my work experience so far!
We have various options beyond health insurance
Review from Customer Success Dept
I make a decent amount. The insurance could be a little better.

Learning and growth opportunities are the best
We don't get paid for extracurricular work, we don't get paid even the average health coach. This work is emotionally stressful and they make it difficult to use your leave. I will give them one thing we do get plenty of vacation and sick leave.
Health benefits could be less expensive.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Increase the pay to a reasonable, livavle wage, tell us what the pay ranges are, and provide real bonuses, not just t-shirts.
Noom makes large profits yet pays us lower than other similar jobs in the industry. There's also no 401k matching, no premiums covered for healthcare, and no real transparency with how raises and promotions work.
more insights into progression opportunities
passionate co-workers, smart, skilled, open minded
We have each other's back
Review from Customer Success Dept
My direct team is great - they're friendly, supportive, and fun to work with. We all deserve better than what we're getting
transparent open and honest communications
Dedicated, empathetic, caring, hard-working indivdiuals
My immediate core is awesome, but nothing gets done, it is all talk, everyone is a dreamer and full of shit or emotional frail and bringing their own baggage to work and to the Noomers.
We work together well, but morale is low because we are undervalued and underpaid.
Besides the execs., everyone rocks. My coworkers and supervisors are super helpful, friendly, supportive and caring.

The flexible schedule is nice.
We're encouraged to support and care for each other and we do
Direct team members are supportive.
Noom operates like we are all Family! The company makes you feel important, and we even have surveys to fill out to make sure we are enjoying our jobs!

fair and thorough, lots of solid tests
Interview was based mostly on skills
Interview process was skills focused.
I felt Noom's culture right away! The interviews were very welcoming, friendly, and excited to learn more about me and my experience.
Easy and laid back. It seemed fair
Review from Customer Support Dept
Maybe combine some of the steps of the process together. I think there were like 7 or 8 different steps in the process total. It took a long time and a lot of work.
Review from Customer Support Dept
It does not need to be a 4 part process. If you truly hire the top 1% of applicants, pay us like it!
the possibilities of what is ahead are most exciting
Being able to work without pants on honestly.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Helping people achieve their goals.
Work-life balance and being able to set my own work hours for the most part
The comiensation analogy of it
Improve quality metrics, quit testing all the time and make a damn change, take action, stick with a product and take a stance, stop trying to be everything, pick a nutrition, exercise and wellness philosophy and make a brand. Noom is anti diet but they are still diet. Everyone sees through that.
Customers are unhappy with Noom's marketing strategies and I have to agree with them. They trick people into yet another diet by claiming they're different
The culture is better than any place I've ever worked!
