My direct supervisor is an AMAZING person who is really supportive, helpful, and constructive. The people a few levels above my supervisor are - at best - unhelpful, shady, never give straight answers, and they always say, "I'm not the person in charge" no matter who you ask.

The level of transparency is unlike anything I've experienced in past companies. We have an "Ask Anyone Anything" forum every Friday at our weekly TGIF (our version of an all-hands) and it's refreshing to see how leadership responds to the hard-hitting questions.
