I was surprised by how quickly Noom moved. Definitely well above industry standard. It's clear the company cares deeply about the candidate experience and ensures no time is wasted. Everyone was also well prepared and the meetings felt more like dialogues with specific focus areas. Very thorough!

Got to speak to current employees who were doing the job I was interviewing for. This allowed me to get a good sense of the culture and level of happiness of employees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe combine some of the steps of the process together. I think there were like 7 or 8 different steps in the process total. It took a long time and a lot of work.

It does not need to be a 4 part process. If you truly hire the top 1% of applicants, pay us like it!
