What does the leadership team at NUVI need to get better at?
Everything. There is no leadership at NUVI. The one person that had experience announced he is leaving.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at NUVI?

Product is terrible. The only person that knew about products is leaving. Constant bugs nothing new ever gets built.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at NUVI?
The people are great, but nobody is empowered to do their job. So they are pretty much miserable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at NUVI?
Pay is fair for Utah. Bonus, 401k, benefits, and equity, are terrible or non existent.
