What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is set on clearing paths to make you successful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. There is no leadership at NUVI. The one person that had experience announced he is leaving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses and stock plans
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is fair for Utah. Bonus, 401k, benefits, and equity, are terrible or non existent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works to hit their number, but they work together as a team. Team before individual.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people are great, but nobody is empowered to do their job. So they are pretty much miserable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is great. Management takes care of you, but doesn't waste money on non-important perks!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start with a new executive team.

What makes you most happy at work?
The company is doing great things in our space and the executive team makes sure that your career path is defined and achievable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Product is terrible. The only person that knew about products is leaving. Constant bugs nothing new ever gets built.
