ONR's pay is fair and competitive, often higher than other companies. The health insurance is a bit costly, but great coverage. Paid Time Off is competitive.

The leadership team, at ONR, is very focused on teaching managers to be leaders. The executive leaders are forthcoming with information, encourage honesty, integrity, and commitment to the residents and the clients we serve. Mostly, I like the honesty and respect that they give us, as therapists!

Feeling appreciated. Even the CEO calls me and tells me what a great job that I am doing. Being in an environment where all of the leaders are therapists and understand our challenges. Making an impact on our clients lives and being supported by my Supervisor.

i love that ONR makes me feel valued. The support that I receive is incredible. My supervisor doesn't just boss me, she shows me that I am appreciated. The environment is very uplifting. Sure, we work hard, but the gratitude that we receive makes it worth it.

I love interacting with my co-workers. We all feel respected and supported, by the company leaders. There is no pettiness or finger pointing. When you call the office, someone always answers the phone. I love the support that I receive. Medium size company, but still feels small and homey.

My interview was a Zoom call with the recruiter, then another Zoom call with my (soon to be) Manager. The process was organized and the paperwork was quick and easy. I was given the background of ONR and how it started. I realize, now, that nothing was hidden from me. Everyone was really honest.
