How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Parchment?
The interview process at Parchment is a mess. After rounds of phone screenings by an HR representative that doesn't understand the job position, you may get passed on to the face to face interview portion. This portion consists of a half day of interviews with various people within the organization. Don't expect the HR representative to follow up with you for weeks after.

The CEO and leadership team is all talk. They say one thing and do another. They treat people like everyone is replaceable.

There is no balance. They will work you into the ground and then some.
